Q. What is BB5T Industries?

A. BB5T Industries is a distributor for adult toys and novelties. We sell only on the web. We sell toys from many manufacturers, though we do have some toys we make ourselves and sell.

Q. How long has BB5T been in business?

A. BB5T has been a registered company since February of 2006. We began selling our products aroud May 2006.

Q. Where is BB5T actually located?

A. BB5T is located and registered in Houston, MO. USA.

Q. Do you have any retail stores?

A. No, we are solely an internet based business.

Order Information

Q. My order is showing up as "updated" What does this mean?

A. This usually means there has been a problem completing the order. We always send an email explaining why your order has not been shipped. If you did not receive this email or the email registered with us is incorrect, please contact us and we can provide you with more information.

Q. Do you offer any payment options other than credit card?

A. Yes. We also accept paypal payments for anyone within the United States. Paypal rules forbid us to accept paypal payments from international customers. We also now accept mail orders. Just print the form here and send it with your check or money order to the address on the form.

Q. How long does it take for me to receive my product?

A. We always ask to allow 2-3 weeks for us to ship since we actually make the toy at the time of the order.. The time it takes to reach you depends on the shipping method chosen during checkout.

Q. Is the packaging discreet?

A. Yes. We place our toys in a plain brown box with no graphics. The return address on the box will say Draven Designs. Some of our toys come from other manufacturers, and will also not carry our name on the front of the box. It is discreet and worry free.

Q. I like a certain toy, but can it be made in a different color?

A. All colors available are listed on each toy. Toys from other manufacturers are prepackaged and already a set color. Toys from BB5T are custom made when you order, and we try to offer as many colors as possible. For more colors, try looking at the silicone option for BB5T toys.

Q. It says my card is declined, but I am sure it is ok. What do I do?

A. We decline credit cards for 2 reasons. If the bank declines the card. And if the billing information does not match. This is only for the financial security of our customers. Since we cannot check ID of a person making a puchase, we rely completely on information provided. Check with your financial institution to verify your billing information. If everything seems correct, please try the card again, or try to use another card. We also accept paypal from US customers.

Q. I keep putting items in my shopping cart, but they are not showing up during checkout.

A. Check your browser and firewall settings. Sometimes they will block cookies, which will prevent the shopping cart from working correctly.

Q. I do not have a credit card. Or I do not wish to use my credit card online. Do you have another payment option?

A. Yes we do! You may also place your order via mail by using this form. Please note it will take longer to ship your order as we wait to receive your payment and wait for it to clear before we ship. Please allow 3-6 weeks for this method.

Toy Information

Q. What materials are used to make your toys?

A. BB5T toys are made from vinyl or silicone. Toys from other manufacturers will be listed in the description, but are almost all from the same materials.

Q. What is the difference between vinyl and silicone?

A. Vinyl is safe, easy to clean with soap and water and is a and soft material. It is less costly than silicone, making it more affordable, but does not stand up to heat well, can have an odor and has fewer color options.

Silicone is a more durable material. It will tolerate temperatures up to 400F (204.4 C) . It does not absorb colors or odors like vinyl can, and it does not harbor any bacteria. Silicone toys can be put in the dishwasher on sanitize and even boiled. It can be stretched to over double its length and still not tear. Due to the cost of the material though, silicone toys cost a little more than their vinyl counterparts.

Q. Are lubes safe to use on your toys?

A. Yes! Most lubes are safe on our toys. We do NOT recommend using silicone based lubes on silicone toys. If you are unsure, test a very small amount on the base of your toy and let stand for about 45 minutes.

Q. Does getting a live cast to make your toys hurt the animals?

A. No. The materials used are safe and gentle. The animal barely notices what we are doing. You can see the animals on our models page. They are special animals to us and we would never let them come to harm.

Q. Do you offer returns on your toys?

A. Yes, all of our return information is located here.

Website Information

Q. How safe is your site?

A. Our website is 100% PCI compliant with all the major credit card companies. We have scans performed regularly to make sure we are hacker safe. We use SSL as well as several other methods to insure our customers' information is safe.

Q. I cannot see any images on your site.

A. Please check your cookie settings on both your browser and firewall. Clear out your cache. Both of these will often cause images to be blocked.

Q. I have an idea or concern about the website.

A. Feel free to contact us to let us know any concerns or ideas.

Q. I tried to link to one of the images on your site but it's not showing up on mine.

A. We do not allow linking to images on our site. This takes bandwidth that would otherwise be used to provide a fast service to our customers. If you wish to use our banner or pictures, contact us.

Q. I tried to log into the forums but my user name and password is not working.

A. You have to register with the forums separately from the website. They do not work together.
