Shipping
All of our products are shipped in discreet packaging and bear no graphics on the box. All of our vendors take your privacy seriously, so you will never see any obvious marks on any packaging that says our name or logos. Please note that if you purchase multiple items, your products may come in separate shipments as some of our items are drop shipped from other vendors.
Returns
We will gladly refund, return, and/or replace an item that is defective or is a mistake. Due to the nature of our toys and health concerns, we cannot accept returns on any used products. We apologize for the inconvenience. If however you receive your package and the wrong item is inside, notify us immediately and we will gladly replace the item. Please contact the following for your return information BEFORE sending the package back. Also please note that our live cast toys are custom made at the time of your order. Because of this, we cannot cancel or return an order after it has been made and shipped. We only offer returns on incorrect or defective items.
1. Electronic products. Please contact our technical support at support@bb5t.com. If we cannot fix the issue with your product over the phone, we can either fix or replace your toy. The only cost for you is shipping and parts.
2. Vinyl and Silicone toys. Due to health reasons and the nature of these toys, we cannot accept these toys as returns, except for replacing for a packaging mistake. (ie getting something different than you ordered.) If you are dissatisfied with your products due to manufacturing errors, we may offer a refund. This is at our discretion and never guaranteed, however, we strive to keep our customers happy and will do what it takes to achieve that. Please note that since our live cast toys are custom made at the time of your order, we cannot cancel or return an order once it has been made and shipped.
